Lead Your Way

How finding your true leadership strengths can help you beat impostor syndrome and bring your most powerful perspective to work

ONLINE WORKSHOP
12 - 2:30pm ET

Do you feel nervous speaking up and claiming your space at work?

Maybe you’re worried you’ll be seen as “abrasive” or “difficult.” Or you tell yourself someone else probably has a better idea. Or you worry about how your voice sounds and whether you seem “professional” enough.

If any of that rings a bell, this session is for you.

“Sara was phenomenal! The content, the workbook, were all incredibly insightful and helpful. This was by far the best speaker series I have attended. Overall very impressed and felt this was a super valuable session.”

What you’ll learn

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll cover:

  • Where impostor syndrome comes from and why it’s not “all in your head”

  • Why and how to embrace your actual leadership traits (not just the ones you think you’re supposed to have)

  • Why leading your own way is the key to building real, sustaining confidence

  • How to stop worrying about being “right” or “perfect,” and start sharing an authentic, compelling perspective instead

Who it’s for

This workshop is for anyone who wants to step into leadership or increase their visibility at work, but struggles with confidence or feels like they just don’t “fit.”

All identities are welcome, but note that we’ll explicitly talk about the role gender and racial biases play in our understanding of leadership.
