It’s been quite a year—and it’s only spring! Teams are being asked to “do more with less,” layoffs have lowered morale and amped up stress, and many of us are navigating shifting business strategies and unexpected reorgs. So how are you supposed to guide your team effectively through all this uncertainty?
In this updated and expanded version of our popular Reflect, Reset, Rebound workshop, we’ll help you answer that question. We’ll share coaching techniques and concepts you can use to keep yourself and your team out of panic mode and moving forward—no matter what else 2023 brings.

Host a team reboot session of your own—so your team feels more connected and collaborative through this time
