Create Your Leadership Canvas

Uncover your leadership values, gain confidence in your strengths, and establish the growth areas that are most meaningful to you right now.

TWO-PART ONLINE WORKSHOP:
August 8 & 10 | 12 - 2pm ET

Leadership isn’t about having a fancy title or knowing all the right answers. It’s about being a person others trust. Someone who can make hard decisions with integrity, bring people along with them, and keep teams steady when things get rough.

Anyone can be that kind of leader, no matter their job title—but you won’t get there by following someone else’s playbook. Because real leadership starts within.

In this two-part workshop, you’ll learn how to uncover the core leadership values you already hold, but might not know how to identify or express. Then you’ll transform and expand those values into a personal leadership canvas you can use to guide both day-to-day decisions and big-picture career planning.

SESSION 1: August 8

Your leadership profile

What you’ll work on:

  • Values: Uncover the core values that drive you as a leader, and define them in concrete, specific terms

  • Vision: Use your values to set a vision for who you aspire to be as a leader, and how you’ll stay true to that vision, even in stressful moments

  • Strengths: Uncover the strengths you already have, and then explore how leading from those strengths can help you live your vision

SESSION 2: August 10

Your leadership action plan

What you’ll work on:

  • Growth goals: Define meaningful growth goals that help you deepen, stretch, and expand your skills as a leader

  • Priorities: Establish priorities for yourself as a leader: where will you focus your energy? Where will you let go?

  • Success metrics: Set meaningful, values-centered success metrics for yourself as a leader

What you’ll get

  • Two live workshops of two hours each. Both workshops run from 12-2pm ET

  • A digital workbook with activities and resources

  • A Mural template for your personal leadership canvas that you can save and adapt

You’ll leave this program with a complete personal leadership canvas—giving you more confidence in who you are, what you bring, and how you build relationships and make decisions at work.

Who it’s for

You don’t need to be a people manager to attend this workshop. This session is for both formal and informal leaders, as well as those who are curious about taking on a leadership role. Expect to be joined by people at a range of levels, including people managers, directors, leads, and senior ICs.
