You’ve probably heard this advice: “To grow in your career, show more impact.” But how?
Maybe you get some suggestions, but what if they don’t feel like you? How do you succeed without following someone else’s roadmap?
Try this idea instead: Growth doesn’t mean you need to become someone else. It doesn’t come from fixing what others think you lack or do wrong. It comes from knowing who you are and choosing to build on your areas of highest potential.
With the right insight, you can harness your own talents to be more effective at work and get the career growth you want.
This workshop was created to help. We’ll do a deep dive into your unique talents using Gallup’s CliftonStrengths (aka StrengthsFinder)—one of the most widely-used workplace talent assessments.
Our approach is rigorously grounded in Gallup’s research, informed by hands-on work in tech and design, and considerate of intersectionality.
The goal? To give you the insights and tools you need to show more impact and influence at work in a way that feels more easeful and true to you.
What you’ll get
A free code to take the official CliftonStrengths assessment ahead of the workshop.
A deeply personal introduction to your assessment results.
A guided interpretation of your unique talent combination—including your core talent formulas and your underused areas of potential.
Facilitated practice in identifying strengths in your life—and recognizing when strengths become “weakness.”
Templates for continued self-led growth.
Note: The price of this workshop includes the cost of taking the CliftonStrengths assessment. All registrants will receive a code for accessing the assessment, and are expected to complete it one week prior to the workshop. This will give your facilitator enough time to provide specific feedback on your results. In order to participate in this workshop, you must complete this step.
Who it’s for
If you’re interested in identifying your authentic areas of potential, you’re invited. If you want support to grow by being more of yourself, not anyone else, this workshop is for you. We’re creating an environment where you can befriend your talents and discover new pathways to shape the world around you from a place of authenticity, not strain.
